Ahhh... The exuberance of youth

Was helping out with my last major event last Saturday, the inaugural HKGRC Kindy Children's Sports Day. So many kindergarten kids shouting and running about. Such enthusiasm and innocence. Compare them to the backstabbing, selfish adults all around them. What happens to us as we grow up? Why do we lose all the good wholesome qualities and pick up all the negative and evil attributes? I guess this is what we call socialization.

The children played in six tele-matches and the team from Hong Kah North PCF student centres emerged as the champions. They got off to a strong start by winning the first three games, laying the foundation for victory.

Felt good to see the kids and the parents enjoying themselves. I guess it was a fitting finale to my stint in YT.
